Avolatus Systems LLC provides assessment tools, operational visibility resources, pathways to appropriate Avolatus advisory support, and software-related services for aviation organizations.

Avolatus Systems products and services, including Sentinel MX, are intended to support organizational awareness, evidence management, corrective action discipline, risk visibility, maintenance readiness, and compliance-related workflows.

02Not Legal, Regulatory, or Certification Advice

Information provided by Avolatus Systems is for operational, educational, informational, and business purposes.

Avolatus Systems does not provide legal advice and does not act as a regulator, designee, FAA representative, certification authority, or substitute for required regulatory decision-making.

Customers and users remain responsible for determining and maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, certificate requirements, customer requirements, contracts, manuals, procedures, and internal policies.

03Compliance Responsibility

Avolatus Systems provides tools, records, and evidence infrastructure that support regulatory compliance.

Regulatory compliance is the responsibility of the certificate holder, operator, repair station, production approval holder, or other regulated organization.

Use of Avolatus Systems products, services, assessments, reports, or recommendations does not guarantee FAA acceptance, regulatory compliance, audit success, certificate approval, risk elimination, or operational performance.

04Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website or services. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Interfere with website operation or security
• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information
• Use the website to transmit malware, spam, or malicious code
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit website content or systems without permission
• Use Avolatus Systems materials in a way that misrepresents our company, products, or services

05Assessments and Recommendations

Avolatus Systems assessments are intended to help organizations evaluate conditions, visibility, blind spots, and potential next steps.

Assessment outputs are based on information provided by the user and are not a complete audit, certification review, regulatory determination, or guarantee of organizational performance.

Recommendations may identify possible paths such as consulting, Sentinel MX, or a combination of both. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the customer or user organization.

06Sentinel MX

Sentinel MX is an Avolatus Systems product intended to support aviation maintenance operational awareness, evidence management, risk visibility, corrective action discipline, and related organizational workflows.

Specific Sentinel MX subscription terms, service levels, data rights, payment terms, implementation terms, and support obligations may be governed by a separate subscription agreement, order form, statement of work, or customer agreement.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls for that customer relationship.

07Intellectual Property

The Avolatus Systems name, logo, product names, website content, graphics, page designs, written materials, assessments, frameworks, software concepts, and related materials are owned by Avolatus Systems LLC or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use Avolatus Systems materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

08User-Submitted Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit.

By submitting information, you confirm that you have the authority to provide it and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, employer policy, or third-party right.

09Confidentiality

Information submitted through public website forms should not include sensitive, classified, export-controlled, proprietary, or confidential information unless an appropriate written agreement is in place.

For customer engagements, confidentiality obligations may be addressed in a separate agreement, nondisclosure agreement, subscription agreement, or statement of work.
