Avolatus Systems provides tools, records, workflows, analysis, and evidence infrastructure to help organizations improve visibility and manage information. We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted operational, compliance, safety, training, or maintenance data.

04Data Storage and Location

Avolatus Systems intends to store customer data within United States infrastructure.

For Sentinel MX, customer data is intended to be hosted using AWS infrastructure in the United States, including AWS U.S. East infrastructure, unless otherwise specified in a customer agreement.

Avolatus Systems does not intentionally transfer customer operational data outside United States infrastructure unless required by law, authorized by the customer, or necessary to provide the service under an applicable agreement.

05Data Retention

We retain customer data for the life of the applicable subscription or service relationship, unless a different retention period is required by law, contract, or written agreement.

Upon termination, customers may request export of their data, subject to the applicable subscription agreement, technical limitations, legal obligations, and any unpaid amounts or unresolved contractual requirements.

06Data Sharing

We do not sell customer data.

We may share information only as needed with:

  • Service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, or business operations
  • Authorized customer users
  • Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, or security advisors
  • Government, regulatory, or legal authorities when required by law

Avolatus Systems provides tools, records, visibility, and evidence infrastructure that support regulatory compliance.

Regulatory compliance remains the responsibility of the certificate holder, operator, repair station, or other regulated organization. Use of Avolatus Systems products or services does not guarantee compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, customer, contractual, or other regulatory requirements.
